PCI has been the premier supplier of Ready Mix Concrete in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia for over 40 years. We've supplied a variety of public works, highways, residential and commercial projects including Quad Graphics, The Commons, Essroc - Martinsburg New Line, Potomac Marketplace, Martinsburg Station, The Gallery, Berkeley County PSD Water and Sewer Upgrades, WVANG C-5 Facility and WVDOT I-81 and Rt. 9 Bridges.
