Central Dispatch

At PCI's Order Center, our mission is to provide our customers a quality product that's delivered on-time and with a minimum of errors. To that end we utilize the industry's leading computerized dispatch software to place and process the customer's order, using the nearest plant to most efficiently supply the jobsite. Our fleet is also equiped with GPS (Global Positioning Satellite) receivers that provide 2-way communications, enabling our dispatchers to closely monitor the progress of your order.

Additional systems developed in-house allow our customers to access their accounts online including pending orders, order history, payment history and account balances. Order requests can be made by viewing available timeslots and filling out a form. Customers using the system can even view the live statuses of their pours!

When we take your order we'll ask detailed questions about the product and usage, directions, unloading times and pour types, etc. This information may seem arbitrary and tedious, but is necessary to provide the best possible service. See our Dispatch Service Guide.

Hours of Service: 6:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday. For Saturday hours, speak to your customer service representative.
