  6/28/00   PCI completes the 1999 Bituminous Paving project.  We'd like to thank all homeowners and motorists for their cooperation in making this project a success.
    
  9/2/99   PCI awarded the 1999 contract for resurfacing within the City of Martinsburg.  This is the City's most ambitious paving project to date.
