"Jim is always a source for good information on upcoming projects. PCI has put a lot of people around town to make sure they are aware of all the current issues. By working with PCI, my job is easier."

Pervious concrete

Pervious concrete is a mixture of coarse aggregate, cement and admixtures with or without a small amount of sand. This combination produces a highly porous product that allows water to easily flow through to the soil below. This eliminates or greatly reduces the runoff to storm sewers and streams, reducing polutants and recharging the groundwater. The use of pervious concrete can reduce the size or eliminate the need for stormwater retention ponds, saving the owner valuable real estate.
